If you must CANCEL your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to scheduled start time to give your stylist the opportunity to fill that time slot. The deposit collected at time of booking will be kept regardless of the time of cancellation. This policy is in place to protect your stylists’ well-being and time. Thank you for your understanding! NO SHOWS with no documented attempts to cancel or reschedule will be charged the entire appointment price. This policy is in place to protect your stylists’ well-being and time. Thank you for your understanding! Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup and very clean lashes. If you are late or if you do not have clean lashes, this will reduce the time your stylist can spend actually performing your scheduled service. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same. If you have significant extension loss between fills please consider booking a full set rather than a refill. 40% retention is the ideal percentage to come in to a fill with. If you have less than 40%, a full set is strongly encouraged. We RARELY accept foreign fills. If you have lashes on from another tech/salon please schedule a consultation so we can take a look at what we would be working with. If we can’t perform a refill in these instances, we can schedule a removal and 3 days later we can take you for a new full set. Late Policy: For REFILLS we ask that you are no more than 10 minutes late. After the 10 minute mark we will only be able to provide a refill to the best of our ability and the full appointment price will still be charged. If you are 20 minutes late we will no longer be able to provide any sort of a service and the full appointment price will still be charged. If multiple services were originally booked and tardiness results in your stylist only being able to perform a portion of those services, you will still be charged for all services that were originally scheduled. For FULL SETS we ask that you are no more than 15 minutes late. After the 15 minute mark we won’t be able to provide as full of a look and the full appointment price will still be charged. If you are 25 minutes late we will no longer be able to provide any sort of a service and the full appointment price will still be charged. If multiple services were originally booked and tardiness results in your stylist only being able to perform a portion of those services, you will still be charged for all services that were originally scheduled. For THREADING appointments we ask that you are no more than 5 minutes late. With this being a short service as it is, any form of tardiness heavily impacts appointments booked afterward. We will no longer be able to provide the service after the 5 minute mark and the full service price will still be charged. If multiple services were originally booked and tardiness results in your stylist only being able to perform a portion of those services, you will still be charged for all services that were originally scheduled. For ALL CHEMICAL SERVICES (lifts/tints/removals) we ask that you are no more than 5 minutes late. With chemical services, cleansing and rinsing are vital to your health and safety and the appointment timeframes are set with this in mind. Any form of tardiness to these types of bookings may result in stylist no longer being able to perform the service and still charging the entirety of the appointment price. If multiple services were originally booked and tardiness results in your stylist only being able to perform a portion of those services, you will still be charged for all services that were originally scheduled.
